De La Cruz 10% Sulfur Acne Treatment Ointment is a maximum strength sulfur-based acne treatment that works differently to benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. How to use Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer and leave on for 10 minutes. Remove thoroughly with water. Start with once daily, increasing to two or three times as tolerated. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce to once daily or every other day.
