At USA in UK, we want you to love your American beauty finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched cosmetic items cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit across the UK.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized local courier point; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
